• You can order online, or submit a purchase order by following the instructions below.
• Please check the list of distributors in your country. If you have a local distributor, it is strongly recommended to contact them for a quote, which will include import duties and sales taxes.
• Alternatively, or for countries without an authorized distributor, PiezoDrive can accept purchase orders that are based on an online quote.
• PiezoDrive cannot presently ship to: Russia, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Syria, and Türkiye
• Please review PiezoDrive shipping terms (Incoterms 2020 DAP).
• Please note that Australian customs assesses all orders for defence export clearance, which may introduce a four week delay. If this will affect your order, we will contact you for confirmation after the order is placed. Countries that are subject to defence export clearance are not able to place online orders.

Step 1 – Navigate to the product page and select ‘Buy Now’, or click ‘Store’ in the top right corner.

Step 2 – Select your preferred options and click ‘Add to Cart’

Step 3 – Add other products. When finished, click the cart symbol in the top right corner.

Step 4 – Check your cart contents, then click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

Step 5 – Enter full shipping details, then click ‘Download Quote’.

Step 6 – Generate your purchase order

• Generate your purchase order. Include a clear reference to the quote number. Ensure the shipping address is identical to the quote
• Email your purchase order to the address listed in the quote.
• Please allow 3 business days for PiezoDrive to confirm your order and issue a proforma invoice for payment.
• Institutional buyers may request payment terms up to Net30, which will be confirmed when the purchase order is receipted. Credit terms will only be considered for centrally issued purchase orders received directly from a purchasing officer.
