Returns
Incorrect Orders or Change of Mind
Most PiezoDrive products are built or customized for each order. Products that are manufactured per order cannot be returned, including:
- Fibre stretchers
- Piezoelectric tube assemblies
- Customized or modified actuators, e.g. stack actuators with end-plate options
- Any customized electronic product
For standard and reconfigurable products, return requests within 3 days of delivery may accepted at the discretion of PiezoDrive. Only unused products with sealed packaging will be considered for restocking. Return of used products, or products with unsealed packaging will not be accepted under any circumstances. All returns are subject to inspection and testing, if a return is not accepted, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
For accepted returns, the purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs and any customs fees incurred. Configurable products, such as amplifiers, require a reconfiguration and testing fee of $USD385. Costs associated with a return will be invoiced separately or subtracted from a refund.

Amplifier Instruments
The warranty period for PiezoDrive amplifier instruments (e.g PDX series) is twelve months and covers any manufacturing defect but not misuse or damage due to negligence. Return shipping will be arranged by PiezoDrive by using the contact form.
Repairs after the warranty period can also be arranged by using the contact form. Material and shipping costs will be quoted prior to return.
Amplifier Modules
There is no warranty period for amplifier modules. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure these devices are operated within specifications. Technical support is available by using the contact form. It is generally not possible or economically feasible to repair damaged modules.
Actuators
There is no warranty period for actuator products and returns are generally not accepted. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure these devices are operated within specifications and that mounting and handling precautions are observed. Technical support is available by using the contact form.
